Bio
Zac Thomas is the co-founder and CEO of Locard, an insurance company for AI agents. He previously served as an AI advisor in the Arizona governor’s office and as a staffer in the New Zealand parliament, covering the science and innovation portfolio for then-prime minister Chris Hipkins. He is completing a master’s in public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School.
