Charity Weeden is the founder of Lquinox Global, a Washington, DC-based strategic advisory firm, and a senior non-resident fellow at the Atlantic Council’s GeoTech Center. Her work focuses on assessing sovereign trust and partnership readiness in dual-use technology corridors. She previously served as the National Aeronautics and Space Administration’s associate administrator for technology, policy and strategy and as staff officer for air and space operations at the Canadian Embassy in Washington, DC. She is a former Royal Canadian Air Force CP-140 Aurora air combat systems officer.
