Bio
B. Courtney Doagoo is a CIGI fellow and a principal consultant, strategist and interdisciplinary researcher specializing in technology law and governance, intellectual property, and public policy. Her work focuses on the ethical, legal and societal implications of frontier technologies. She works with universities, international organizations and the public sector, providing research, strategy, operations, program and management consulting advisory services. Courtney’s post-doctoral fellowship at CIGI was focused on research in technology policy and law. Courtney completed her Ph.D. in law at the University of Ottawa.
