Social Media Engagement Specialist

The Social Media Engagement Specialist is responsible for managing and growing CIGI’s social media presence through strategic content development, active community engagement, and real time performance analysis. Working in close collaboration with the Public Affairs team, this role supports the promotion of CIGI’s research, events, and policy engagement by translating complex ideas into timely, compelling social media content. The position plays a key role in strengthening CIGI’s digital reputation, expanding reach among policy audiences, and supporting organizational impact.

Manager, Events

Closing Date: March 30, 2026

The Manager, Events is responsible for leading the planning and delivery of CIGI’s events and overseeing third-party venue rentals at the CIGI Campus. The position manages the events team and is responsible for the full lifecycle of event delivery, from planning and coordination through to execution and evaluation.

Working closely with internal teams, the position ensures events effectively support organizational priorities and provide high-quality engagement opportunities. The position also oversees campus venue rentals, balancing external bookings with internal programming needs while supporting effective use of the CIGI Campus.

Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant provides administrative and coordination support to the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, Director of Communications & Public Affairs, and the CFO & Director of Operations.

The position supports a range of administrative activities including calendar coordination, meeting logistics, travel arrangements, document preparation, and information management. The role also provides back-up support to the Executive Assistant as required.

The position requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
