Although Prime Minister Mark Carney's stark speech in Davos received a standing ovation, some world leaders including European Bank President Christine Lagarde pushed back on Carney's remarks saying that she's “not exactly on the same page” as Canadian PM.

BNN Bloomberg's Andrew Bell had a conversation with Paul Samson if the pushback from Lagarde reflects a broader global sentiment regarding Carney’s speech.
